Stewart Jeffers is a queer cinematographer, camera assistant and gaffer from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Graduating from University of North Carolina School of the Arts, he shines not only through his technical skills but also in his deep-rooted passion for storytelling! With experience in the narrative and documentary world, Stewart’s work as a cinematographer has been selected in many film festivals including Austin Film Festival!
In the realm of cinematography, Stewart has experience with all different kinds of formats such as 35mm film. As a storyteller, he strives to go beyond striking images and focus on the audience connecting with the complexity of human experience.
He is also a strong believer that film has an infinite power to change the world and gives a platform for the voiceless. His commitment to activism reflects a desire to utilize the medium not just for artistic expression but also as a powerful tool for social change!
